Liberty Point Behavioral Healthcare, located in Staunton, VA, provides trauma-informed psychiatric residential treatment for young men. Our continuum of care is intended to meet the needs of adolescent males, ages 12 to 17 at the time of admission, who are experiencing complex emotional, behavioral, and educational difficulties. Programs are specifically designed for youth with psychiatric disorders and co-occurring intellectual disabilities. We also specialize in working with young men who are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Our program continuum offers secure residential treatment which provides intensive programming within a secure, campus style setting, while community-based residential treatment allows youth to transition into smaller, therapeutic homes in a scenic neighborhood of Staunton near the residential campus.

Liberty Point Academy, our fully licensed, Virginia Association of Special Education Facilities (VAISEF) Accredited on-site school, provides educational and vocational programming to help our boys get back on track and leave with a plan for the future.
